High quality cast iron boilers

Choosing a Strebel cast iron boiler makes both economical and ecological sense and our product range presents an excellent solution to modern heating needs. By combining up to date technology with high quality materials our boilers provide high efficiency heating with minimal energy consumption.

Our cast iron range all feature low NOx (nitric oxide) technology utilising triple-pass flue ways for optimum heat transfer, low emissions and minimal heat loss. Through extensive R&D, Strebel has perfected the triple pass system which enables free circulation of the flue gas and an even thermal load. This helps keep pollution at an incredibly low level and along with high quality material and manufacturing owing to constant quality controls, guarantees the longevity of the boilers.

Cast iron from Strebel: the big advantage

All Strebel cast iron boilers are made of special Strebel cast iron which is the perfect material to enable the correct shape for heat transfer and efficiency. Strebel’s high quality cast iron also has an excellent resistance against corrosion and gives an extraordinary long life to our boilers.

As part of our ongoing commitment to the environment, about 80% of the cast iron used in Strebel’s boilers is made from good quality recycled material.

The Strebel cast iron boilers range includes:

  • CA7 Range – 69kW to 235kW
  • RU Range – 150kW to 1400kW
  • CIS-Series – 103kW to 690kW

Advanced, Low Pollution Biomass Boilers; HETAS Approved & RHI Compliant

A European leader in biomass heating products, Strebel offers a range of highly efficient log boilers, wood pellet boilers and wood chip boilers along with heat stores and fuel storage options, to provide a complete renewable energy heating solution for all applications.

If you’re looking for a boiler that offers extremely high combustion efficiency with minimal emissions, economic heating and is environmentally friendly, then a Strebel wood burning boiler could be your perfect choice.

Our wood-fuelled appliances, also called biomass boilers, burn wood pellets, chips or logs to provide heating and hot water. The benefits of this type of renewable energy source are that it’s low maintenance, cost effective to run and environmentally friendly with off-set carbon emissions.

As manufacturers of solid fuel – or biomass burning boilers for over 40 years (e.g logs, wood pellet, wood chip etc.), Strebel have built a reputation as a market leading supplier for the domestic and commercial sectors.

What’s more, all Strebel biomass boilers below 45kW hold MCS Product Approval. The Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) is an internationally recognised quality assurance scheme, supported by the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC). MCS certifies microgeneration technologies used to produce electricity and heat from renewable sources and ensures manufacturers such as ourselves meet with construction and eligibility requirements so end users can apply for government incentives such as the Non Domestic & Domestic RHI (Renewable Heat Incentive) Schemes. Throughout the complete Strebel Biomass boiler range, Emissions Certificates are available and can be supplied on request, or found by visiting RHI Emissions Certificates Database.

Strebel supply a wide range of robust RHI compliant biomass boilers suitable for any premises.
